You’re the best line of defense against harsh, icy conditions. For the first time, direct liquid application is available to Fisher Nation with truck de-icing equipment. The Trilogy Defense System lets you select the best way to service properties when ice is a concern. The accessory system allows you to spread, pre-wet, and spray all with one hopper spreader.

Pre-Wet & Anti-Icing Capabilities

The liquid kits come with a spray bar that can apply brine directly onto the spreading material as it’s being delivered to the spinner for pre-wetting and also includes spray nozzles that can be used for spraying brine directly onto the driving surface for anti-icing applications.

12 Volt Motor & Pump

The 12-volt motor and pump combination provides a 7 gallon per minute pump capacity to ensure sufficient liquid delivery is suitable for either pre-wetting granular material or spraying a direct application. This simple setup results in low maintenance and reliable performance.

Manual Control Valve

A manual lever on the pump box allows the operator to quickly and easily switch between pre-wet or direct liquid application mode when the accessory system is active.

50 Gallon Configuration

Adds 50 gallons of brine capacity (two 25 gallon tanks) to the 0.7, 1.5, and 2.2 cu yd TEMPEST hopper spreaders for pre-wet and anti-icing capabilities. Suitable for the ¾ and 1-ton vehicle applications.

200 Gallon Configuration

Adds 200 gallons of brine capacity (four 50 gallon tanks) to the 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 cu yd TEMPEST hopper spreaders for pre-wet and anti-icing capabilities. Sized to support larger flatbed vehicle applications.

300 Gallon Configuration

Expand to 300 gallons of brine capacity (200 gallon system that includes four 50 gallon tanks, plus an additional 100 gallon expansion) for the 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 cu yd TEMPEST hopper spreaders for pre-wet and anti-icing capabilities. Sized to support larger flatbed vehicle applications and handle the largest jobs with the greatest efficiency.
