Fisher Engineering, a leading manufacturer of snow and ice control equipment, has announced the addition of three new products to its line of non-truck equipment: the FISHER® TRAILBLAZER™ mid-duty UTV straight blade plow and the TRAILCOMMANDER™ 250 and TRAILCOMMANDER™ 600 stainless steel drop spreaders.

“We know many of our customers, whether professional operators or homeowners, use UTVs for their snow and ice control operations,” said Tyler Jones, Product Manager of Non-Truck Snow & Ice Control Products for Fisher Engineering. “That’s why we’re excited to introduce these new products, which have been precision engineered specifically for UTVs and non-truck equipment while maintaining the same professional-grade quality and performance that Fisher Nation has come to expect from our truck equipment for over 70 years.”

The TRAILBLAZER mid-duty UTV plow provides professional-grade features in a lightweight design for mid-duty recreational utility vehicles. The 5’6″ and 6’0″ widths are ideal for clearing sidewalks, and high-strength components ensure commercial durability. The patent-pending Sway-Frame™ design allows the blade to shift from side-to-side and aligns with the wheel track to help prevent hard-packed snow. Fully hydraulic blade controls allow the operator to quickly make the necessary blade adjustments from inside the cab for fast and efficient winter cleanup.

Built from laser-cut stainless steel and constructed with high-strength rivets, the all-new TRAILCOMMANDER 2.5 cu ft and 6.0 cu ft drop spreaders provide a spread width of 30″, 33″, or 36″  in a drop pattern—meaning the salt stays precisely where the operator’s vehicle drives. The stainless steel spreaders come standard with three mounting systems to fit most UTVs, compact tractors, or wheel loaders to make quick work of sidewalks, walking paths and other paved surfaces where truck equipment can’t easily gain access. Variable-speed control allows the operator to precisely match the material delivery rate to the conditions. The free-flowing material delivery system ensures a consistent amount of material flows into the spreader trough while constantly agitating the material to prevent bridging.
