INTENSIFIRE™ DUAL-HALOGEN Snowplow Headlights

Ready when Darkness calls

While the rest of the world sleeps, you and your FISHER® snow plow are out there working through the night to get the work done. The INTENSIFIRE™ dual-halogen plow headlights give you the ability to shed more light on any plowing job. With brighter performance and greater reach than traditional halogen plow lights, these dual-halogen headlamps are built to withstand even the most punishing conditions.

The bulbs have an average life of 1,500 hours and are easy to replace through a simple, three-screw, bulb-access cover.

PATENTED EDGEVIEW™ TECHNOLOGY

Set the desired spread rate and the control takes it from there. It will notify operators with an “S” if they are going too slow and an “F” if they are going too fast to maintain the set material application rate. The control will also keep a running total of material spread until the counter is reset. Operators can then log the value into third party apps or notebook for future use.

Side-by-side heat maps show LOW vs HIGH scenarios, with the HIGH scenario having a larger, more elongated area extending outward in red, orange, yellow, and green shades compared to the LOW scenario.

LOW- & HIGH-BEAM PERFORMANCE

The low-beam pattern puts more light down immediately in front of the plow, helping to light up the operating environment when plowing. The high-beam pattern throws light down the road, making it easier for late-night operators to see road hazards while traveling between jobs.

SHOCK & VIBRATION RESISTENCE
A robust, two-stud mounting bracket helps keep headlamps firmly in place. The design provides vibration dampening, along with structural balance and flexibility, to provide durable and reliable performance even under the harshest shock and vibration forces. Each lens is attached with a dual-adhesive bead seal that reliably secures the lenses to the casing even under jarring plowing conditions.

WATER-INGRESSION PROTECTION

A dependable, dual-adhesive seal minimizes water ingression, while the GORE-TEX® patch-protected vent allows humidity and condensation to escape without letting moisture in.

MINIMIZE ICE BUILDUP

Halogen plow lights are known to generate heat and as a result, they minimize the buildup of snow and ice on the lens

STATE-OF-THE-ART REFLECTIVE OPTICS
Reflective optics and a dual-cavity design includes separate cavities for the low-beam and high-beam plow lights. This allows each mode to provide the optimal light spread and throw, for a smooth, wide light beam pattern with minimal glare.
